The following is the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Rules for MadeMafia.com, Please read carefully and understand the terms of this agreement in which you are required to agree to these terms to join MadeMafia.com! The following agreement (this "Agreement" or the "Terms of Service") describes the terms on which we MadeMafia.com offer you access to our services. MadeMafia.com provides the following service to you, subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated periodically without prior notice. Failure to comply with these TOS may result in account revocation. --TERMS OF SERVICE-- 1.) DESCRIPTION- MadeMafia.com is a mafia role playing game which is not suitable for visitors under the age of 18. MadeMafia.com contains content of a adult nature, such as violence, murder, drug trafficking and armed robbery! 2.) REGISTERING- Account registration and verification is required in order to create a MadeMafia.com account. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. You may need to verify this information at a later date. 3.) PURCHASES- You may purchase account upgrades at the prices listing in our online store! All sales are final, there will be NO REFUNDS! Account upgrades consist of subscription and turn purchases! 4.) TERMINATION- Upon registering you agree that MadeMafia.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including and without limitation, the lack of use, or if MadeMafia.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the TOS. 5.) BUGS OR GLITCH- So far not one company ever anywhere managed to release a site without a single bug or glitch. We're no exception. There is a high possibility there are glitches left in our sites we don't know about. If one might show up, we will do our best to get it out. Any lost money or property will not be returned, unless we can verify you did lose it. 6.) NOT LISTED- We're only human, and can't see what other possible offenses could happen in the future, if we find you went out of line and committed and offense which was not listed here, we reserve the right to punish you appropriately 7.) ROUND RESETS- MadeMafia.com requires a round reset, these usually come once a month. We reserve the right not to pay out round winners at round reset if we fill that the system was to buggy or that the game has been cheated by the player, we offer no refunds do to a buggy system. The user takes the risk of purchasing their products..NO REFUNDS! --PRIVACY POLICY-- 1.) USE OF INFORMATION- MadeMafia.com uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience on our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. 2.) SHARING OF THE INFORMATION- MadeMafia.com uses the above-described information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience's demographics. This is essential to keeping our service free. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public. 3.) SECURITY- MadeMafia.com operates password protection systems created in php. Obey all rules, terms of service or your account will be terminated with or without prior notice to you. 2.) You may not send other users a message of hate because you don't like them. As this is only a game! 3.) You may not use character names with profanity. 4.) You may not accuse an administrator of cheating of any sort. We did not create this game to cheat it. We offer fair game play! 5.) You are only allowed one account on MadeMafia.com, if you are found to have more than one account then this would be an violation of this policy! 6.) You are not allowed to go on someone else's account at anytime. Doing it will result in an instant ban on both accounts. 7.) Scamming is not allowed, if you are found to have scammed someone your account will be suspended. Do it again and we will block your IP address. 8.) FORUM RULES – Read them!, they are located at the bottom side of the forums as soon as you click the forum. Failure to meet the rules will result in a forum ban on your account what could last for life. 9.) Advertising links to other sites is not acceptable. If you are found advertising a site we will simply lock your account out for a period of time! 10.) Do not complain about anything! We are not here to listen to complaints of wars, deaths, feature changes and so on!
